Welcome to the KITFUT website (the "Website"). By using, browsing, or making a purchase through the Website, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms of Service.

2.1. KITFUT offers football shirts, sports products, and related products as displayed on the Website.

2.2. Images displayed on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Minor differences may occur between product images and the actual product, including differences in color, print placement, or appearance.

2.3. For products that include a name, number, or other personalization, the customer is responsible for ensuring that all details entered when placing the order are correct.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1. The prices displayed on the Website are the prices presented next to the relevant product at the time the order is placed.

3.2. KITFUT reserves the right to update prices and promotions from time to time.

3.3. The price applicable to an order shall be the price displayed to the customer at the time the purchase is completed, subject to applicable law.

3.4. An order will be confirmed only after receipt of the appropriate payment authorization.

4. Orders

4.1. Following the placement of an order, the customer may receive a confirmation message acknowledging receipt of the order, where applicable.

4.2. KITFUT reserves the right not to accept an order in exceptional circumstances, including a technical error, pricing error, lack of product availability, or suspected misuse of the Website.

4.3. If an order is cancelled by KITFUT after payment has been made, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

5. Order Cancellation and Refunds

5.1. Order cancellations shall be handled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, and any other applicable law.

5.2. For distance sales transactions, the customer's right to cancel shall be subject to the periods and conditions prescribed by law.

5.3. Where applicable law permits the Business to charge a cancellation fee, such fee shall be charged only in accordance with the limitations prescribed by law.

5.4. Products that are defective, do not correspond to the order, or contain a non-conformity shall be handled in accordance with the consumer rights provided by law.

5.5. Nothing in these Terms of Service shall derogate from any right granted to the customer under applicable law.

6. Personalized Products

6.1. Some products may include personalized printing, including a name, number, or other customization selected by the customer.

6.2. The customer is responsible for verifying all personalization details before completing the order.

6.3. Cancellation of an order for a product manufactured specifically for the customer shall be handled in accordance with the applicable provisions of law.

7. Product Responsibility

7.1. KITFUT shall act in accordance with applicable law with respect to product warranties, defects, and non-conformities.

7.2. Use of a product contrary to reasonable or customary instructions, or intentional damage to a product, may affect the customer's ability to receive a remedy, subject to applicable law.

8.1. KITFUT reserves the right to update, modify, add, or remove content, products, and prices displayed on the Website.

8.2. KITFUT may perform maintenance on the Website or temporarily suspend its operation.

9. Intellectual Property
